Overview
The Noodles Foundation exists for employees, by employees. They offer assistance to any employee in need, which makes it one of the great places to work. Because the Foundation relies solely on donations from employees, they sought out to create a series of videos to 1) describe the value of the Foundation, and 2) call more employees into action.
Challenges & Approach
The challenge of this production was the breadth of support that the Foundation offers. How do you sum it all up in a short video? There are years and years of relief efforts and with each individual comes a unique story. To best describe the Foundation, we brought together the board to expand on the value they provide. To best tell the stories, we hand selected unique and powerful stories of people who put down their pride, asked for help, and are thriving today because of it.
The result
This campaign effort assisted in seeing 13.2% of all Noodles employees making the decision to help support one another through the Foundation. Including, three restaurants boasting 100% participation from employees at their location. Today, Noodles Foundation partners with the community to give away hundreds of thousands of dollars every year.
